Rude individuals

Church technician failed to identify a simple fault that a condenser fan motor had failed. Charged $200 for the pleasure. I eventually worked out the fault and got a quote of over $900 for the fix. I called the OEM spare parts line and got the retail costs for the components required - about $350 delivered. $550 to visit a house in Newcastle and do about an hours work?! Come on!! Called an alternate AC company, got a quote for $580 for the same job. Don't give your money away to Church, plenty of better options!

A Church Air conditioning van tried to squeeze me off the road while riding my bike for no apparent reason, totally unprovoked. If this is how they treat me when I have done nothing to them I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

We have been using Church Air consistently for a number of years at my company. Brian, Phil and the team always go above and beyond to look after us. They always deliver - regardless of the complexities and roadblocks encountered along the way.Anytime we have an urgent fault with our equipment that supports our critical infrastructure.
