Food on the Run

Had some initial miscommunication,but all good now. Food was delivered quickly and hot. Will use again, great personal service. :)

When visiting the Hervey Bay area we discovered the Food on the Run service and have used it about half a dozen times. It's a great option if you don't know where restaurants are locally or feel like driving at night. Every meal was delivered hot, fast and with a friendly smile from the driver. We've tried the Thai and Indian and been happy with the dishes we ordered as well as dessert. On Mother's Day, a Sunday evening, we ordered Thai but because the restaurant was so booked out their kitchen was incredibly busy. We got a phone call from Food on the Run, explaining the situation and asking if we'd like to wait for our order at a later time or get a refund or choose another cuisine. We opted for the latter and ordered Indian which arrived quickly. Marco, the owner, followed up promptly by email and phone on the night to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted and refunded us our original order payment. They're a stand out for customer service. How many businesses big or small would go to that trouble these days? They deserve support and we'll be back and ordering again next time we're in town.

The guys at Food on The Run go out of their way to make sure your food arrives hot and on time. They also deliver out of town which not even Dominoes or Pizza Hut do!It's great to have a lot of different venues to choose from as well.

This service is excellent. The delivery of food was speedy, the delivery driver was extremely polite & professional and super friendly. Coming from living where we had Uber Eats, I’d much prefer this service! Highly recommend supporting this local business.

Love the difference in customer service compared to Uber/menu log. Plus the variety of takeaway is tastier then traditional fast food (McDonald’s, kfc etc)

I have a feeling there any negative reviews on here about food on the run maybe coming from competitors because I've been using them for a while now and every single time the food is hot, they deliver really fast and the service is friendly. I've haven't had a single bad experience with them. Not a single time. Every time it's been great.

Use these guys regularly and always happy. Fast and friendly delivery to outer suburbs such as Dundowran, Craignish. Unlike all the other big players, these guys will deliver there! Website a bit slow to order through but other than that it's all good.

We received the incorrect order but Food on the Run rectified that instantly and we got to keep the incorrect food. Very easy and friendly service to deal with.
