From the beginning to the end of our build, we have had a great experience.We met with Hug during a moment of indecisiveness, where we were starting to lose belief in the hope of building our dream home, our main concerns were build timeframes and ongoing price increases during the build, our minds were put at ease after our first consultation.we were told the real cost of construction, instead of a figure to get you in the door, we were given a realistic build time and budget.once we had decided to proceed to the next stage, the design of house design presented to us by our consultant, far outweighed what we had imagined was possible with this space,we fell in love with the idea that this magnificent design could be handed to us in under 12 months and with no price increases, we went for it.From this stage we were handed over to our contract administrator and scheduling manager, they walked us through all our interior and exterior selections in terms of finishes as well as plan details, down to the last plug socket.From here we had a handover to our build supervisor, who has an extremely professional and empathetic approach to the whole build process.This felt like a very personalised experience, we feel very very blessed to have had this experience, especially during these unprecedented times we are living in.
