DPK Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Prompt reliable and on time, I had a strict schedule to work with for my recent apartment renovation, Dane and the team made sure I had my AC unit approved through strata and installed within a 5 day turn around. Interviewed a few AC installers but none had the knowledge or attention to detail like DPK did. Thanks so much Dane and team, look forward to working together in the future!

Dpk installed our apartment AC yesterday, Luke and the guy with him were very professional, on time, and really nice and easy to deal with and needless to say that they left the apartment as clean after they finished as when they came in!

Totally Bad Service and Technicians. Technicians incorrectly identified a basic problem with my Air Conditioner. Resulting in extra costs with Power Board Issues. Experienced Air Conditioner Technician Identified an issue under 5 minutes, which was not at all what DPK Recommended. Would not let these guys anywhere near my place again for any repairs. Technicians, Supervisors, very unprofessional and cost me $500 now unnecessary services. Absolute Shambles. I paid a different company, found issue straight away. Also reported them to Mitsubishi Motors Air Conditioners whom reinstated my warranty. After failed repairs they didn't even want to speak to me. I didn't even report fault details/specs on Air Con in first place, they just haven't diagnosed properly after being here 3 times and just left it. They have to diagnose and trouble shoot the unit before any repairs. They changed a part not needed changing and Voltage was fine in first place. Get any guy from Air Tasker they'll be better than these guys.Guys and girls stay away, they just have nice uniforms and vans.

Dane & the gang provided good options, then followed through to ensure the details were delivered. Nothing was impossible. Their planning, estimating and comms were all top class. And all the guys are proper decent humans; the sort you feel comfortable having in your home.

Can't fault DPK, they installed a ducted heating system in our house within 1 day. Issues and questions were sorted and answered promptly by the team. I would recommend them as a first choice for airconditioning needs.

From first contact, the quote process was quick, well priced and accurate. The work was completed quickly after and the workmanship was fantastic. They wired the extension to the control panel as a new zone and talked through the whole process.

Dane was very good at communicating arrival time with me. He was professional and very personable. He located the problem with the a/c unit and was able to repair it on the day. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
