Large department store stocking a broad range of products at competitive prices. Staff are plentiful and willing to help if you need advice or help finding something. Laybuys are available and the store is located within a shopping mall with other specialty shops, heaps of parking and toilets.

Today I went to Big W Gympie, A young lady that work there Maddie W.She was very friendly, she helped me a lot when I kept asking silly question and was very patient as I have some speak problem. I would like to say thank you to this young lady. Big W you found a great employee. It not every day I get help the way she help me today.

Big airy store. Not to crowded. Plenty to choose from at good prices. Staff happy and helpful. Bought Jarvis Walker fishing rods at a great price.

Good variety and stock but prices are high in some sectors, particularly the plants, something almost dead even in the reduced section could still be to them worth $15 or more when In reality no one would pay that. Otherwise the place is good and the staff are friendly
