Ordered a bike for my daughter for her birthday, given the website said 5 to 10 working days I gave myself the 2 weeks. I emailed after a week got no reply, called the shop on the 10th day only to be told the bike wasn't delivered yet. Offered a smaller bike" or "pay" more to upgrade

Shout out Sam.My girlfriend and I came in without a clue about bikes and Sam helped us every step. He was quick and efficient and made the whole experience really easy and positive. Overall great customer service.Plus he helped put the bike in the car.

Jasper - was very helpful and put all his effort to give us bike on the same day that was out of stock(Alpha fat bike) . On the other hand Alejandro - was very calm and great customer service. Highly recommended the Reid cycles - Perth.

I visited the store on 11/09/22 and was helped by a friendly team member Sam who explained the features and differences between a few of the bikes I was interested in. The bike I wanted was out of stock currently, but I was told that it could be ordered in. At the sales desk Sam took my details and my cash payment in full (for the bike and a rear basket) and checked with a colleague next to him to confirm that it needed to be ordered in. The colleague then said in front of myself and my partner ‘oh what, so do I need to order this in then?’ in a sarcastic tone. We thought that was a bit of an odd way to talk in front of a client. Sam then confirmed to me in front of that colleague that it would take about two weeks to arrive. No issues at all, I was really pleased with the service from Sam and two weeks was no problem for me.I didn't hear anything from Reid Cycles for a month, I contacted them and was told that the style and size I ordered was not actually available in that colour at all, and would I like to choose a different colour. I accepted and was understanding that mistakes do happen and I settled on a new colour, only to be told that the new colour had to be ordered in as well. I was told that someone would contact me by the end of the day with a time frame for the new colour. I heard nothing from Reid Cycles for two days. I decided to email the store in the hopes of getting a straight answer.I got a call straight away the next morning which was great! The staff member ensured me that the new colour would take about about a week and half to arrive. Once that time frame passed I yet again had to instigate contact with the store to get an update. The last two times I spoke to staff at the store they repeatedly blamed their colleague Sam for the mistake saying it was all his ‘stuff up’ and ‘he stuffed up because he’s new’. I found that to be highly unprofessional behaviour.The bike arrived on 25/10/22, so about six weeks after I ordered it. The colour is fine in the end, that wasn't a huge issue, however my receipt states that I paid for a rear basket and I have been given a bike with a front basket and no rear basket. I urge you to clarify everything when ordering from Reid Cycles Balcatta. I am frustrated at the lack of transparency and communication from the business when ordering. I am disappointed at the way they blamed their new staff member for the issues. This kind of behaviour reflects more broadly on the management of the store holistically rather than the fault of one singular staff member.

I bought my bike a couple years ago, the price is good but the best is the service they provide. Every time I need something they always give you the best and I feel a valuable customer. This week I had my bike fixed my Jasper and the customer service he provided was exceptional! Thank you Reid bikes for the excellent work!

Great cyclists shop. The value/quality combination is excellent. Knowledgeable staff. Lock and pump included in the purchase. The shop is located next to the bike track, which connects to the train so easy to get around even without a car.

5/5 Stars. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of purchasing bikes from Reid Cycles. My wife and I purchased two bikes from Reid Cycles website on Thursday and we got to pick them up on Sunday. The attentive staff at the store saw to our every need and answered any questions we had. We absolutely without a doubt recommend Reid Cycles to anyone looking to purchase a well priced, great value bicycle. Can't wait to get out and use our new bikes!

Great customer service experienced today, I took my kids bike looked up as brakes were not working. Technician promptly fixed it. Usually people just turn it down given silly reasons for small job.. great effort.

What great customer service with no customer service after 55 minutes waiting in store! To be honest -Don’t deserve 1 star.We can understand when a store is busy; we can wait so those who came early can be served, but they do not care if someone comes early or late. They served whoever they liked. To the owner: Please don’t increase the staff; just share a bit of basic knowledge on customer service.Thanks
