She thinks it’s nice the young girl to talk about drugs vaps and let’s her regular customers jump the line , remember that McDonald’s is next door ! Can’t even make good coffee thinks it’s funny to maje it wrong and give to me did not even drink it ! Bad service you could do better

Great Staff, great customer service - for Saturday late night the lady who served me, happy with the smile on her face and also introduced good product’s offer to me.. I felt caring and this was important to me, which changed my mind to go more often.

Served by Nada 3.50pm 3/12/22 toilets disgusting, very slow to serve with only two pumps in use, poor customer service, fuel expensive 3c more than other side of road, don’t recommend

I didn't have the best experience here on Saturday afternoon (just after 2pm). Staff were friendly to begin with, but was forcibly told they don't do prepay. I worked at a different BP location last year where they offered prepay, so I was a bit puzzled as to why they didn't. Lady at the counter explained it was due to management. Management, please reconsider providing a prepay service to your customers. It takes a few clicks on the touch screen.

Absolutely shocking, went there to pour fuel and there was no one in the store , waiting 15 mins and still no answer , I'd understand if he was in the toilet but you lot should have 2 working on the same shift

Netth…. The owner should be arrive that his staff is not sleeping over the night. Was waiting in front of the gate for more than 5 minutes and the staff didn’t turn up to open the door. I understand it’s 2:00AM in the night and staff is to be trained for it if the store is meant to be opened for 24 hours. I’ve seen three - four customers waiting outside while I was inside.
