I recently bought a 20kva generator but the battery needed to be replaced with in two weeks. I can't express how impressed I was when the owner himself, drove from Wetherill Park to Mulgoa to replace it free of charge. Thankyou for the personal service and a cracker of a generator. Richard

Grumpy parts personnel took my order but now one month later I have no response. No return phone call zero communication even though telephone answering service is working.Seems they have suddenly ceased doing business.

I've been dealing with sds for the past 8 months after purchasing a back up diesel generator.Bruce has been very helpful in setting up and maintenance ( all quite simple) and apon needing a spare part under warranty there was no problem in getting the part sent out. Good solid generators with excellent professional back up service.Highly recommended.

I have an sds efi engine which has started having problems. One call to them with the problem and the parts will be sent to me at no cost. Excellent service and quick response.EDIT - it's been 2 weeks since a replacement injector was put in an overnight freight bag. Still haven't received it. Have called a few days ago and been told they'll call me back, still waiting. Not looking good guys!

Absolutely hopeless in getting back to you. Got charged for filters which were supposed to be included in price. Rang and spoke to Bruce was going to return my money. Can't get them to answer or return calls. Just hopeless

I would say their customer service is disgusting, except that would imply there was any form of service.If it was possible to give zero stars I would.Spare parts were ordered 8 weeks ago & we were told they were on his desk ready to post". Many ignored phone calls

been trying to get an oil sensor from them for over a month, keep blaming Auspost, but they will not send me a Tracking Number. my guess is they havent sent it at all.

I have got no after sales service. They wont return my emails & phone calls from nov 2016 to now feb 22 2017 . I have a Generator that the oil switch & battery are stuffed after only 7 hours operation .

Although the diesel generator we purchased is of good value and has performed quiet well, it is almost impossible to get replacement parts for. Contacted sds for filter numbers etc, took 10 or more phone calls and eventually got the numbers, which were wrong. After sale service is none existent. I would not buy from them again

We purchased two identical petrol generators from Bruce a year and a half ago. Both were faulty. Petrol leak in one. Pull start in other. One would run a welder and the other would not. We were told parts were posted but never arrived. Calls and messages were not returned. We went to tribunal about this, no one represented SDS and an order was made for SDS to honor the warranty. Still have not got the problems sorted. Buyers BEWARE.
