Emailed a request and got a phone call an hour later and within 20 minutes, Michael turned up to diagnose and fix a problem with the Ducted Central Heating unit. Michael was polite and patient in working through the problem.

Was told that a plumber would make contact with in the hour No contact was made I rang back to see what was happening. Receptionist alerted the plumber who rung and although I had given full details of address etc told me they did not service my area. He told me he would try and arrange for a plumber for four days later. In the meantime I arranged for another plumber A bit disappointing as they did not seem to have their act together.

Not recommended. Contacted the admin with issue and chased up twice but no response.
