Narre Aquarium and Reptile Centre

My daughter and I came in yesterday and when we walked in we were acknowledged straight away by smiling staff, making us instantly feel welcome.The shop was very well stocked and had a huge range of products and fish, allowing us to get EVERYTHING we needed and all of the fish looked healthy and happy.Once we had decided on products and fish we spoke to staff and they were very friendly and knowledgeable willing to help and answer any questions we had.They made our shopping experience easy and fun, amazing customer service and we won’t shop anywhere else, highly recommend this shop and it’s friendly staff, best shop in the Narre Warren area.

Not my favorite shop in the area, the staff weren't helpful or interested which is what bothered me most. No questions asked about the single fish I purchased, and considering it was a brackish fish I expected some advice to be offered. Lucky for my little fish that I know what I'm doing and I've provided the correct home for him.

Honestly very small range of products, the shelves are practically bare, with perhaps a couple random items. The store stunk and was dark and very gloomy, an overall uninviting environment. The tanks disinteresting and a few quiet dirty and lacking lighting. The owner of the store also was quite uninviting and rude. Didn't offer to help or greet us at the door even though blatantly saying hello. I only spent a minute or two there before feeling uncomfortable and bored. Overall a horrible experience. I used to go there and it was nothing like this before, the images show a very Clean vibrant environment with a wide array of products and livestock, however this is quite different in person.If your looking to see beautiful aquariums, in a clean inviting environment, with incredible staff, i would recommend Lots Of Fins, it's just down the road and they have a large collection of freshwater and saltwater fish, and fish supplies.

Highly recommended to anyone wanting reptiles, the owner Conner was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable handling a snake. He was very patient and happily answered all my questions. Definitely my go to store! Very happy.

Great service, excellent range of fish and reptiles. They have never once complained about me and my son coming in to take a look with no intention of purchasing anything. Now we're considering buying one and they are being very helpful with helping me make a smart decision. They tell me short term savings vs long term so i can make the decision on whats best for me. Because they were always so kind in letting us check out their animals with not even so much as a dirty look, they have guaranteed that i will be purchasing from them. I was a repeat offender of looking with no sales so now they can reap the rewards of their kindness. Good work guys

Went to this store last week. Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. The owner could have easily sold us all the fish we wanted but asked us to bring a water sample. I was so impressed because other stores have just sold them without asking us about water quality and other fish in the tank showing that he cares about the fish

I get medium sized rats here for my python, they're a good price and staff are friendly, can't complain. Thanks guys.

Nice large shop, huge range of animals and stock and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. They spent almost an hour with me helping me with everything I needed to know and they looked after me quite well. Their prices seem competitive or cheaper in most cases to other stores I've been to. A new lifetime customer here!!! Thanks guys!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had everything I needed to set up and answered any questions I had. Will definitely go back to grow the fish tank we've bought for our daughter! Very happy.
