Do not shop here! I waited 20 mins to be served (the shop wasn’t even busy), then I was told the person I was talking to couldn’t help me so I waited another 20 mins to see the manager. Almost an hour just for a refund. Management seriously need to rethink this

worst customer service I have received in a jewellery story. I was not served and the staff stood speaking to eachother after I asked for some help in finding an item. The lack of interest shows disrespect, please don't waste your time here.

Went there to buy myself some new silver earrings today. The female sales assistant told me where they were then ignored me and was too busy talking with her coworker to see if I needed help. Wasn't anyone else in store either, no wonder why with service like this.

Staff were rude and dismissive. I was there to buy a ring for my partner, but after being ignored and then finally acknowledged when I stood at the counter for 2 mins, I was directed to the costume jewelry" . This was after I explained I wanted a single set diamond and pointed out a close match in the window

Ruby with red hair took amazing care of us, I would come back just for her. Amazing service love that queen 10/10. BABE. Came back again, even better experience, if she doesn’t get a raise imma be mad. Out of all the shops in carindale I came to Shiels just to see her again, she makes my day better.
