Went in with acute injury. Optician gave me an unsolicited eye exam and tried to sell me glasses. Then charged for the pleasure of it. I still have eye pain and now I've no money either. Very dissatisfied

so unprofessional ! - optometrist - shouting out from behind the counter to where I sat 7 meters away - asking me all manner of questions usually reserved for a 5 min pre test consult in rooms - she ordered me to “come here” to the counter - too lazy to come to me in the waiting area I suppose - which I dutifully did -as I do as I am told -began asking me about my referal and who referred me and why -could these questions have not been asked in rooms ?Yes information is required for Medicare however there are better ways of collecting this information than the way it was conducted today - very unprofessionalI had the feeling the 3 staff members on duty were all trying to run the show - no one had clearly defined role - no systems or procedures in placeHave now rebooked with a more professionally run organisation
