Shinji fixed my lower back pain in 2 sessions. I saw three other Physios before I went to Shinji cause his practice is a bit far from where I live. If you have any problems that other Physios can’t treat. You must see Shinji before giving up.

I've been going to shinj for over a decade! I first went for my TMJ as i had hairline cracks in all my molars now i just go for tuneups as required as I'm a makeup artist who doesn't like to exercise. He's the only person I trust and he doesn't make me come in more than i need to.

After putting up with chronic headaches, jaw clicking, pain and locking for almost 10 years, I finally decided to seek out treatment for my TMJ disorder and was referred to Shinji by a TMJ specialist dentist. I wasn’t really expecting much improvement, I just wanted some of the pain to go away. I’ve been doing his exercises for just over a week and I am shocked. I have not had a single headache since starting, and the jaw clicking, which I can’t imagine life without and didn’t even think was possible to fix, is gradually starting to become less and less. I can not believe the progress over such a short time period.Shinji really looks for the root of the cause instead of just a quick fix. He is really thorough and doesn’t rush. I can not believe I waited this long to seek appropriate treatment and could not be more grateful. If you have TMJ problems please go and see Shinji, he will completely change your life!

I saw Shinji Miyashita at Physioeffect in Epping yesterday and was absolutely amazed by his care. I have struggled with jaw pain for around 5 years now, seeing various physiotherapists and have had multiple dental splints, but the jaw pain, morning stiffness and inability to open my mouth wide still persists. I was referred here by my dentist who said he was the best and I agree 110% . Shinji was very thorough and didn't make you feel like you were being rushed out the door (as I have experienced with other physiotherapists). After only one treatment under Shinji's care, I woke up this morning without morning stiffness and jaw pain!! I highly recommend Shinji Miyashita!
