So far the experience has been great (haven't got the final product back yet). However Judy from the Felix Street branch has been wonderful. She's a real asset to the company. Really helpful getting quotes for us on a very urgent job. Giving us all the information we required. Can't wait to see the finished product.I am so grateful to Snap Printing in Felix Street. They took on my urgent job and made 2 large vinyl outdoor signs within 2 days. Now add to that the fact that I called them on Friday morning at 11.30 and had one of the original signs printed again (client thought she’d ordered two but hadn’t) for an event that began at 3pm. To my total astonishment they did it. I had the sign printed and in my hands by 1.30. I am in awe of their service. Judy just handled the whole situation with such professionalism and calmness and Wayne then found his way around the complex parking at the university to deliver it to me.The quality of their printing was wonderful but SNAP Printing your Felix Street, Brisbane shop is just amazing. I cannot imagine any other company who would have gone so far out of their way to help us. I will sing your praises to everyone. Contacted Snap Printing Albert Street late in the afternoon and I needed some urgent printing done for the next day. They were so accomodating and it never seemed like too much trouble to do.
