John the Manager at Reece 199 StirlingSt Perth is a star. He helped me to resolve an ongoing toilet outflow problem that had Jims the Plumbers beaten. Top notch friendly service that you probably wouldn't find elsewhere. Try that Reece store first for your plumbing solutions. John S will be doing so. Actually recall using that Stirling St branch in the past with a similar happy outcome. (10Oct2018)

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen. Had to order a simple spare part for a Grohe kitchen mixer through them and took them a dozen phone calls and emails and two weeks to just put the order. They never got back to me when they said they would. I am amazed how these guys are still in bussiness.

Spent thousands on their products for our renovation project, particularly a shower system that cost over $1k, the water diversion mechanism for the shower rail fail after a year, and I came in to order that simple replacement part, twice! Zero customer support and service. Lip service in store, then no order no call back, nothing. Next time I’ll buy the cheaper products online and won’t be that bothered if I have to replace it.
