Fantastic service, and really friendly. My bike had not had a service in years needed the brakes replaced, bike serviced. My bike now rides like a dream, quiet, smooth gear changes, thanks Craig!

Had my bike serviced yesterday by Damien and took it out for a spin today. My bike has never felt so good. Silky smooth gear changes and the new Bontrager R3 tyres felt like they had a tone of grip! Best bike service I’ve had to date.

Booked with Craig a week ago after being told by Tristan at Bikeminded that he wouldn’t look at my bike, dropped my bike off this morning and was told it would be ready the next day.Got a text two hours later saying it’s ready for pick up.Thank you Craig for the haste repair of my rear hub and fitting the new chain.If you’re going to take your cycle anywhere in the blue mountains. Requested a built of help from the shop with a custom build, and Craig was excited to talk about the project, gave advice on a few things to upgrade. Got it all built for me and it's been great, no issues at all.Service is very knowledgeable and helpful, the staff definitely know their stuff and will try to help as much as possible.

Nick and his team resolved a (very) bent rear mech and completed a service. Bike is running like new again. Friendly staff and good service, completed prebooked work on time and with a smile, as promised.

Nick was friendly and helpful when I needed a missing part for my race bike (that I had left at home in Melbourne!). In no time at all he had found the part I needed and fitted it for a small fee. Those Treks look good!

Do not recommend. I went there and I felt as though I was looked down in heavily. Customer service was alright but when I had to wait at the counter for 5 mins before and service was given because the guy was talking to his friend I felt as though it was not. I came in with my bike for a service and I paid and he did a service then and there which I guess was good. Although my bike only had a problem with the derailleur, when I picked it up he told me that my tire was flat and I needed a replacement which was extra money. Seems very sketchy. Would rather drive to Bikeminded or 99 bikes from Springwood for a service than go to these guys.
