Very supportive customer service which made it easier for us to decide on the right flooring choice. We recently got installed one of the European Oaks and we are so happy with our new flooring. It really lifts up our house.

Spoke to Dave at the head office, he was absolutely knowledgeable and lovely. Able to answer objectively all our questions about various products, pros and cons, technical stuff and just day to day practical advise. Very impressed with his service and knowledge and we will check out the product in-store with real facts, not just what the salesman is trying to sell you in the retail shop. A++* hot tip, ask to be transferred by reception straight away ;)

We installed Resiplank Vinyl flooring in our house in Torquay. I’m so happy with the product. Our new flooring looks fantastic! The colour we chose is Ash Blonde, it’s lovely to walk on and easy to clean!

In terms of Flooring wholesalers, Terra Mater Floors simply is one of Australia's best. We have conducted business with them now for over 4 years and they are easy to deal with, reliable and also proactive in assisting where ever possible if issues arise (which is virtually never).Their staff are DTE always helpful and never rude. This company doesn't sell direct to the public so I'm not sure what Mr Reddick is referring to in the previous review.Their product is excellent with Australian based independent testing certificates to back their point of difference features and benefits. This is one company that talks the talk and walks the walk.If you are a consumer doing your research as to what sort of wholesaler they are, please confirm my thoughts and experiences with your reputable retailer and see what they say... Never a stress from our perspective and our 60+ reviews indicate we go alright ourselves. Cheers.

We love our beautiful Terra Mater floor!

We've had the Wild Oak Colac Installed, it was exceptional!

We purchased floor boards which was made/ manufactured by Terra Mater Floors. We noticed shortly after our expensive floors (which we were told could be used in busy shopping centres because they are that hard wearing") that these "hard wearing floor boards" looked like they had been around for 10 years!!! Not brand new!! There are marks all threw out our boards from using our vacuum (which is a top highly sought after vacuum)
