I called Heather in to clean my 92 year-old father's ears out as they were heavily impacted and he couldn't get hearing aids until that was done. I rang my father the next day and I'm completely blown away. We have had the longest conversation ever without him saying pardon" after each of my sentences. I believe he doesn't need hearing aids now. This has made a huge difference to the quality of his life. I wish he had had this done years ago. We are both so happy now with the results. :)"

Was very impressed at the service Heather gave. Explained exactly what she was doing as my ears (both) were heavily impacted by a build up of wax. Now I need to get my hearing aids re-set as they are now much too loud!!! :)

I had a very bad experience in the past with a GP and was so nervous about getting this done.Tara was absolutely amazing, she put my mind at ease right at the start, she was gentle and patient, and had my ears cleaned and unblocked without any pain at all, Thanks Tara I will definitely be back.
