The lovely ladies listed to what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked. The staff where very nice. Thanks Kylie and her apprentice for a wonderful job you did to my hair.

I have previously had positive experiences at Milano's however, I cannot recommend anyone else go due to the terrible service I received from Brendan. I went and asked for 1 inch taken off for a blunt bob, and my fringe to be restyled to frame my face. Instead, I received a number of oddly placed, asymmetrical layers"

Scarlett did AMAZING today with my colour! I'm absolutely in love and so thankful. Larissa was extremely helpful and knowledgable from the moment i walked in trying to explain what I was aiming to achieve and the ladies blew me away!! Beautiful ladies, amazing talent and fabulous service ❤️

Popped in for a quick trim while at the shopping centre with my young baby today. The trim was extremely quick, and once I was home I realised the cut was uneven and some longer strands showing through. I called and the stylist offered to fix it, so I packed up my baby and headed back. I didn’t feel overly good about the fix either, I kept picking up uneven bits and it felt like the stylist was just cutting based on what I was saying rather than checking her cut properly! I ended up at another salon to get it fixed afterwards. not ideal with a baby in tow!

I was in the shopping centre and i thought why not? Lets try this saloon ... so I went for a simple haircut, had to trim and take some weight off.It was my first time here , and I definitely not coming back.Only when I got home I realised the cut , wasn't even , shorter on one side. Still too much weight , I had to go to my usual hairdresser ti get it fixed.Not coming back ever!

I went to this salon as I saw they used hair nak which I use like and recommend.I recently bleached my hair and I toned the top roots nicely but the back of my hair near roots was still yellow.I told the lady hair nak was really good that it had lifted my yellow to a colour I liked and if she could just do the roots at the back for me that I missed due to not being able to see them.She insisted that hair nak didn't tone my hair she told me that the hair nak toner won't take out and didnt takr out the brassyness and that i need to pay $270 to have it re lightened. ???I've been using this product and it works!!!!! So frustrating.I was quoted $170 3 days prior for a tone possible bleach bath. So $270 for lightener is a joke to me.....LARRISA needs to learn her products because used correctly hair nak does lift yellow and will take out any unwanted gold tones.you have lost $$ and sorry you need more training 100%Wouldn't let her near my hair. Jasna is an incredible hair dresser. On a whimsical decision to try show my 3 year old daughter that you don't need long hair like barbie to be beautiful I walked into Milanos (which I had never visited before) with my 2 kids and asked if they had availability to cut all my hair off so it was beautiful and short like my daughters (as her hair grows very slow and is quite short and she had made comments that day about my hair being beautiful like barbies and that hers was not). Jasna asked how I wanted it cut and I said I didn't mind as long as she took it all off and made it beautiful and short like my daughters. I was a little nervous with the kids both sitting on the chair next to me and commented that I was worried my face would look round with short hair but I wanted it done. Jasna went straight to work and chopped it all off, she then used a range of hair dressing tools which I had never seen before to style it in what I now know as a concave hair cut. I couldn't believe how amazing she made my hair look in about 10 minutes and I constantly get compliments about how good it looks. This will definitely be my regular hair dressers moving forward!

I unfortunately went for a colour and I was not happy wth it. I went back th nxt day and th owner kept assuring me it looked fine. My daughter and my girlfriend both told me straight how unflattering th purple brown colour is. I paid way too much for a professional colour which looks like I have a 3 inch regrowth and I need a colour job, so Not happy.
