Unfortunately, quality and consistency isn't something present at my local KFC, and driving further to others stores is recommended.In my latest visit, at 8pm I was told the two sliders I was after were out of stock, but as a consolation, I could buy a 15 pack of original recipe chicken, for full price...? In what world is this a considerable replacement?Then after ordering a Zinger instead, I was given this; I'm still unsure if a joke was being played by the sorry state of it.

Went to store and placed order on Sat night around 8pm. Wouldn't refer to it as a restaurant because the place was filthy and clearly under staffed. The place was packed with people but no one was eating because they were all waiting patiently for their orders. Meantime unclaimed Uber orders were sitting waiting for pick up. I waited about 5 minutes after placing my small order to hear the young couple behind me saying they had been waiting more than 30 minutes....I then realised my fast food order was going to be very, very slow but I had to go to work so I had to cancel my order and walked out. Staff were working as fast as possible and looked stressed. They politely refunded me and apologised. Can't blame the staff on shift because they are clearly overwhelmed with the volume of orders coming through. I did wonder if Uber eats is being prioritised over people who turn up to the store. It's my local KFC. Haven't been there for a long time and won't be returning.

Ordered KFC for dinner and received a note to say there were no nuggets or dinner rolls available, but replacements were included. Sadly, the replacements consisted of 1 regular potato and gravy. We were missing 1 chips and several dipping sauces. Chicken was almost charcol and no salt on chips. Was going to call, but really, what's the point.

I was told No potato gravy, no boneless chicken available. So instead replace with wicked wings and large potato fries apparently. Zinger box however came with only 2 wicked wings and fries has large packet but only half filled. Wicked wings looks burnt.

Continually the worst experience. Staff that stuff around and swear, ignoring customers, consistently run out of chicken????? Tonight we waited over 40 minutes for takeaway food!!! Who is running this place? It’s embarrassing.

Would give it less than 1 star if I could.Constantly we have issues with orders. Items missing, incorrect items. It’s like the staff don’t care.Example tonight we ordered through the KFC app thinking the experience would be better.We were wrong.Two combos were missing their drinks and their chips and an extra gravy. Over half of the order was missing.Recommendation would be to take a leaf out of Maccas book and have dockets attached to the delivered to check that all items are in the bag!

Super friendly staff! The fried chicken was rather nice! Since we went late Sunday night, we got our food at a reduced price as the store was about to close and they were going to throw it out. Overall, great KFC.
