Went to this place last year and the staff were so rude. Walked out without buying anything. Seems nothing has changed regarding staff and their rudeness. After watching a video of that staff member refusing to serve the man because he wasn't wearing a mask. He had an exemption but that wasn't good enough for her. By law people with medical exemptions are entitled to enter stores. This staff member obviously thinks she is above the law. One day she will be on the receiving end of nastiness and this my dear will be your karma. Oh and the shop is overpriced anyway. Better florists in the area whose staff are friendly and helpful and not overpriced like this florist. Shop elsewhere people.

Insensitive, immoral and downright heartless staff who discriminate against people with valid mask exemptions.Find another store as these people do not deserve to run a business in a country that calls itself fair.

Shame that people are defending this business. This shop has done the same thing to a number of people with valid medical mask exemptions. Discrimination. Making up their own rules it seems.

My wedding flowers were gorgeous. I asked for something a bit different, arty and colourful and they were loved by everyone. They went beautifully with my garden wedding. Very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Positive review to counter the negative reviews from the anti-vax far-right gronks whinging like children for the crime of, gasp, requesting customers wear a mask and asking those who don’t comply to leave the premises. Thanks for prioritising the health safety of your staff and customers.

Girls were really helpful. Bought a selection of flowers to put with my own greenery for a couple of amateur arrangements. Happy with the outcome.

My go to spot for flowers whether for home, gifting or styling an event! The girls are lovely and so helpful. They even helped me cater for a wedding at short notice (less than a week notice!) with not a stress or worry. A great range of indoor plants and gorgeous pots too!
