Costa's Mitre 10

Bought a 7KG Heller tumble dryer online on 10 April 2022 and collected from the Hoppers Crossing branch. On Monday 01/08 it stopped working. I have called this store numerous times only to be told that Mario the manager would be in touch with me. I have also been told someone who runs the online orders will touch base. This is business day 3 and anybody’s guess whether I’ve been contacted?? I have called the store 3 times. The customer care line once and also sent through an email. I have explained to everyone I’ve spoken to that we are a family of 6 and I cannot be without my dryer during these winter months. This service is beyond disappointing. I am close to dropping the dryer off at your premises and demanding a refund so I can purchase elsewhere and no longer be inconvenienced. I have not been able to dry our clothes for 4 days now.

Perfect! Straight and even timber. This place always gives me good quality timber every time whereas Bunnings timber always seems to be bent or warped 9 times out of 10 making it almost impossible for me to rely on them. I can't fault this place and will continue to buy what I need from them.

I am really satisfied after First buy from Mitre10 store and They have a good customer service and all staffs are very friendly & co operative.i brought many tools and home stuffs from hopper crossing store.and it's much better then any other retailers.

I'm working on a shed & decking project and needed some equipment to get it done, but with the current situation it was a bit difficult logistically. Costa's were really helpful in helping get the equipment to me, I really appreciate how they handled it for me and as it happens I need plenty of supplies to finish off the job so I'll be going straight to Costa's for those. Purchased a few items from here for delivery however some items were missing or incorrect. Trying to resolve was a nightmare. Customer service were friendly and understood that it is somewhat out of their control. Most likely the last time I'll purchase anything via order unless its im store pick up.

Would never order anything there again. Hard to find where to go to pick up order. Then they couldn't find it.Very poor customer service. Clearly really only meant for tradies to use
