Quick, trustworthy and helpful. Jennifer communicated in a warm and helpful way, yet was very experienced and knowledgeable about the contract she was helping me with. Most of my emails were responded to immediately, despite having a heavy workload and she made sure I got the contract in by the due date, despite me giving her very little notice.
