Overall Fantastic service, and a big thanks to Jake. We solely decided to go ahead with Andersens based on the customer-friendly approach Jake provided in our first few meetings in comparison to another top carpet provider in Indooroopilly.Jake has gone above and beyond by taking the time to visit our house, explaining all the various carpet options, and recommending a great product based on our needs. On the day of carpeting, the layout team was very efficient, and Team ensured very smooth service.Super quick turnaround and Overall hassle-free experience.

Our whole family arranged to be home this afternoon to meet Paul so he could show us a carpet that I had seen in store. He turned up without the carpet, which he did not bother to tell us until after he had measured up the house. Our whole afternoon was wasted. Why would you come without the carpet?

Seamless. Paul was both professional and friendly and provided good advice. Great service and follow up. The guys who installed the carpet phoned 15 minutes before they arrived and were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

We have been SO impressed by the exceptional service - from measure and quote, carpet advice, installation and after-sale care - we have received from Jake, Dan, Wendy and the rest of the team at Andersen's Indooroopilly. Professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. We love our new carpet and we will return to Andersen's Indooroopilly for the next step of our renovation!

We purchased a good quality carpet from Andersens Indooroopilly a while back and, whilst the carpet was good, the laying was dreadful.A year or so on we can see how badly it was laid. Not meeting the edging in multiple places, carpet backing visible and now fraying edges. We complained at the time and provided photos. The owner was disinterested not even wanting to see the work but did send somebody round who did some minor remedial work.A year plus now and we remain disappointed. We are about to carpet another area but will not return to Andersens Indooroopilly.

We had a really easy and good experience with Indro Andersen’s. Paul looked after us as soon as we walked into the shop - he patiently waited while we deliberated over different options, gave his experienced opinion then managed the rest of the process seamlessly. The guys who did the install did a great job and were really neat and efficient. Would highly recommend the whole team.
