It is just too difficult to simply drop off and pick up a simple script in this cave.Challenging customers dominate.An allocated staff member needs to be able to deal with these folks.Bottom line ..Until management deals with log jams at prescription pick up and collection , not to mention the debacle at checkout custom will continue to be lost.Totally unprofessional operation.

I always get my prescriptions from here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable

Ordered meds but when I went to collect them they had returned them to the distribution centre. I said I would be there Wednesday but was held up so went on Thursday instead but the meds were gone by then. Absolute waste of my time.

There are so many different advertisements blaring and repeating again and again on speakers here that I can imagine it would be hell for people with sensory issues, and for those of us without, it's simply an unpleasant experience especially if have to wait for a prescription...you'd start to feel a bit crazy. The pharmacists are judgemental too... I only save 5 cents on my prescription here so why bother. Go to Thompson's or St Helena

The pharmacist Wilson who did the covid vaccine for me and my partner today is very nice and professional! Originally I was a bit worried getting it done by a pharmacist but his skills is really good and it didn’t hurt. He is also very knowledgable and gave us really good advice on one of the over counter meds. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Website says it closes at 6pm on Saturday.I tried calling to advise I'm on my way to collect script but no answer on the phone.I drive and arrive before 6pm only to dine a note on the door to say that store closed at 5pm.Now I have to deal with an inconvenience of going to another pharmacy. .You've lost my business.

The girls on the floor staff are absolutely incredible and extremely helpful, HOWEVER. The owner, Deborah, is the most rude, entitled, unhelpful person I have ever come across. For a store that’s primary concern should be helping the community, I will never shop here again. The way she treats her staff and the customers is unacceptable. I have seen her young children running around the store numerous times, especially through the pandemic, it is just plain wrong. I will take my business elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourself Deborah!

I bought a L'Oreal facial cream. When I got home I took her out of the box and I realized it wasn't the correct one as color of jar was different. I put it back in the box and went back to exchange it. The chemist in charge showed me that the security strip in the jar was broken and, as such, he couldn't exchange it. I explained that it wasn't me that broke it, as I only took it out of the box for a second and put it back. I explained that as this was the first one on the shelf, most probably someone else opened it and I took it as it was. He didn't care and did not exchange. As such, I will stop spending the 100's of dollars that I do every month at this business and I will take my money elsewhere. Very disappointing. Absolute no customer care.

One of the most inefficient pharmacies in whole Melbourne. They keep prescriptions till a long queue is formed and people be frustrated and everyone goes to the counter and ask for their medication.So so so inefficient. I started going to other pharmacies.

I’m young and have never gotten a prescription for myself it was my first time since turning 18. So I was already a bit confused and nervous . I waited for my script and got handed the red bag . I was confused I didn’t have to pay and assumed it had been put onto my Medicare card . I walked out the store not looking at the bag out of nerves and wanting to get out of the already poor atmosphere this place has . When I walked out there was a clocked off older lady with short hair and she stopped me which is understandable of course but she showed the opposite of understanding towards me.(I strongly believe this is because I have piercings , and my partner is covered in tattoos and is a person of colour .) I was in my work uniform and explained to her I wasn’t trying to steal but she snatched it out of my hands and I had put personal scripts in there . She then took out my medication which was very personal and looked at it and read it and made out I was trying to steal . I felt extremely embarrassed and upset , paid for my prescription and walked out in tears . I’ve never had anyone accuse me of stealing and was expecting a bit of kindness and understanding considering it was clearly a accident … but got a violation of privacy instead . I was going to go back to complain to someone but reading the reviews the manager is probably worse than the lady I dealt with. This experience really ruined my day and I’m still in tears writing this .Horrible service no enthusiasm from any of the staff as well. I work retail and would never even think of serving a customer the way they do here. Will be getting my script elsewhere from now on that’s for sure . She also went and told someone about me , the whole situation has really knocked my confidence and made me and my partner feel like crooks for a simple mistake. She had no consideration for how I may had been feeling . The way she snatched a personal item out of my hands was just horrific I had no words .
