I wanted to order a Kershaw Diode 1230. I found it hard to order it on line so l contacted your support group. They told me l could not order the knife over the phone and use a Visa card to purchase it. I struggled through the process and finally succeeded. Your process is not very user friendly especially for older people like me. Tools Warehouse in Sydney accepts this method of payment. I will leave you to draw the obvious conclusion. Simon.

The store has a great range of products. I bought a worklight which although small puts out a huge amount of light. It stays changed for a long time as well. I have used this working in the chook pen at night. The light was packaged and sent really fast. Will definitely be buying another one of these lights from this store.

As per other people’s experience, this company is very quick to take your money, talk up their products but all you hear is crickets when you try to reach out about an order, then decide to return it.I would not recommend this company. There is no customer service and you risk purchasing inferior products believing you are buying quality.Buyer be aware!
