Honestly. Not happy go to and inspection to look at an open on Friday or Saturday. Get told from the property manager that we will hear by that Monday if we got it. It is now Wednesday and receive an email of the outcome. But this is after 2 or 3. Phone calls. Please don’t tell people something if you can’t stick to it.

On 9 June 2023 about 09:30am Friday, An agent LXXXXX XXXXXXX has called me in relation to lease breaking with for rental property. We have had a chat about the situation, however; at the end of our conversation; the agent told me that the mobile speaker was opening during our conversation. This is an unauthorised recording or involving in our conversation to the third party without my authorisation. The agent also told me that the manager was next to during our chat. That meant the manager has given the permission to The agent sharing a conversation without an authorisation from a tenant. Moreover, I did not realise and authorise and The agent did not ask for my authorisation at the beginning of the conversation. So, I am very disappointed and I am concerning LJHoocker's agent of professionalism and the duty does it suit with any position of customer services in the future. But I do not think about they respect of a tenant and providing an appropriate customer services to public. This is the worst rental experience ever.Conversation duration: 3 Mins.

Great experience selling my house with this agency. David went about the sale with great integrity and excellent advice. He was always available and very patient. He was constantly striving for the best outcome and I would highly recommend him and this agency.

Disappointed with communication. Agency is supposed to communicate between landlords and tenants but they don’t really respond emails I sent to ask landlord about rent. Very frustrating.

The family were extremely pleased with the effort and commitment Vince showed throughout the process of selling our family home, particularly as we were grieving the death of our mother. His knowledge of Flinders park very was beneficial.. He provided useful advice and gave us relevant details after each open inspection. He followed up with interested members of the public and kept us up to date with negotiations. After 2-3 weeks on the market we accepted the buyer’s offer. The photographs of the house both inside and out were professional and showed the home at its best. The signboard was eye catching. We would not hesitate to use Vince again.
