Please be aware, the working hours are wrong, the shop only works a couple of hours in the morning and an hour in the afternoon (if you are lucky). It might take you a while to collect your equipment, it took me over a week.

If you need a computer shop that will understand your needs, educate you and help you out with any hardware or software related problem then this is the place to go.Compared to everyone else their customer service and tech support is excellent. I felt like a real human and walked out with a great computer and a smile.Reccommended

Helpful after I had my laptop hardrive broke.They explained the process let me know the cost, upgraded my laptop Windows and saved my files.I found them honest and friendly and they took time to explain what they had done.Happy to recommend them.

This is by far the worst IT place you can go to. The owner of the shop is a straight up thief and he is horrible as a human. The service was terrible, the wait times are way too long and the prices are a scam. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I had a sudden problem with my PC, just days before I was due to hand in my PhD thesis - why do things go wrong at the worst possible time?I called AITP and then took my PC to their office, where a really nice guy immediately spent two hours diagnosing the problem and then finding a cost effective way of fixing it.The service was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
