Horrible customer service!Not a single person said hello to me and my partner.I made eye contact with a older lady with short blonde hair and she didn’t even bother to say hello.Girl at check out was pleasant enough but didn’t really try to talk to my partner.Then as we were leaving a young girl with dark eyebrows had a box in our way and didn’t even move it for us she just watch us struggle to get around it.Don’t know how these people get customer service jobs.

The two girls on the front desk are to be commended for their services. They were very helpful and efficient. Definitely go back there, not just for the amazing stock in the store but for the service as well

The shop has been rearranged and looks a lot better. I was interested in buying a set of cane baskets. The price was a set of 2 for $79. The other basket couldn't be found so the young girl offered me a discount of 10% which equalled $7.90. Seriously. Some other poor person probably paid full price for the missing basket. Lol

Good amount of random house items that are very cute, innovative, space fillers and at affordable prices. Items change regularly, so there's always something new at Living Emporiums. As mentioned, prices are competitive and good.

I'm currently stylig a new home. I have been into the shop several times. Not once has a staff member acknowledged me/asked if I needed help. Today there were three customers in the store and the staff did not speak to any of us. If you do ask for help it is like you are interrupting them. Wont go back to Joondalup again

Hi, my husband and I visited yesterday as we needed some prints/canvas' for our home. Tanya and Shoana provided exceptional service and helped us to get just the right prints and home decorations we needed. They were helpful, kind and took the time to help us select exactly what we needed (I'm not great with colours and sizes etc). Would totally recommend this store and we will definitely head back. I agree with the previous poster, staff who ignore you or make it seem like it is beneaththem to serve you. Chose an item with a supposed special price, when I queried the full price the staff said it wasn't that one, it was only another colour, despite the sign saying so. Was told I couldn't get a refund if I changed my mind to the cheaper one, only a store credit. I declined, have no wish to shop there again.
