Very efficient service.

The process was so easy, almost to easy - I was sure I was missing something. A couple of phone calls and filling in a few forms either online or over the phone and it was done. Many thanks to Deanna who was so helpful and made the process effortless.

Both my Mum and my Dad have used this service5 stars is no where near enough.From start to finish was amazingDeanna was so lovely and the attention to detail was outstanding.Our family literally can't thank you all enough..❤❤❤

I was amazed at the customer service and professionalism. I was skeptical as I have never used an online service before, however, with a tight budget I really didn't have a choice. I would highly recommend fixed price cremations!

Easy to deal with people on the phone. Was looking for a low cost option and this was the best we found. Overall very happy with the result.

WORST COMPANY EVER. NOTHING BUT THOUGHTLESSWe used this company which I now highly regret. Once payment was received the communication completely stopped with no help through this tough process at a tough time. Once the cremation was finally completed the ashes were delivered and left at a post office with no notification from this deplorable company. If it weren’t for me following this up I would never of known that they had been delivered 3 weeks earlier absolutely disgusting in my opinion. Not to mention that there was nothing but spelling errors made by this company which also left me continually having to contact them to ensure the ashes were not delivered to a completely different address or the address of the deceased. I really can’t understand how this was even happening which also had me contacting coroners office to rectify the mistakes of this dyslexic company. I urge people not to use this company they don’t deserve to even be in business.

Fixed Price Cremations provided a terrific service at a very emotional and trying time. They were prompt, efficient and respectful in dealing with my wife's body.Deanna was readily available to assist me through the process. She went what I considered to be above and beyond to help me file some paperwork with Services Australia.I can't thank them enough for their care and compassion at such a difficult time. I'm planning to have my family use them when my time comes.
