Mum and I had a memorable experience today in finally receiving my first car from Toyota Brighton! After COVID and the complications it brought, our salesperson Fergus assisted us through it, providing regular updates and working the best he could to get the car in our hands as soon as possible! He was patient and understanding in the most professional manner! The manager John was also fantastic, seeing us on the day of the car pickup and the Brighton team all provided excellent service; a shoutout to Tina who manages the delivery as well! Thank you so much team for everything!

I purchased a used Camry 2019 there and was served by Angelo. He provided quick responses and was professional. The experience I had was actually amazing and easy. It's a promising place to buy a used car because you can come back if there are any concerns or problems. I have bought half a dozen new vehicles in my life. Brighton Toyota has been the best dealership to deal with out of all of them. Staff where professional, polite and very accommodating. From the salesman (Nilesh) right through the whole team finance, car protection, delivery, service department.Just the kind of service you would expect when your using a big chunk of your hard earned funds to buy a quality vehicle. The reception / customer services are not satisfactory even after you pay a hefty price for the services. Appointment for the car drop off was delayed for more than 45 mins, it has happened on multiple occasions now. Keep in mind that customers have commitments as well. The actual car servicing is good, but because of the improper communication and reception services this will probably be my last time servicing here.

Buying a car is a big deal and should be fun. That is exactly the experience I had with Joe Mwanza. Joe was also very professional and helpful. There are lots of Toyota Dealerships around but it is worth a visit to Brighton to deal with Joe. I love my new car too.

I had an awful experience getting my new car.Zaheed from finance was so rude, called me dodgy for producing my employment contract a lil late. Gave unrealistic timeframe to submit my financial approval documents. Lied about informing me of delivery 3 weeks in advance. Was so unprofessional and rude over the calls that i had to request the dealership of receiving any communication from him in future.Thats when John, the business manager came to help. Very professional and respectful, made the whole financing process so smooth. Legend

We just had our 75,000km service for our Toyota Corolla. Wonderful personal service from Alexandra, our service advisor, who went above and beyond and even organised a bumper scuff mark to be polished/washed out. Well Done Alexandra and Brighton Toyota - 11 out of 10 for customer service.
