Rose & Crown Hair

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Imogen, who did foils through my hair and then styled it for me. She was so lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend her and will continue to go to her as my regular hairdresser. She is a fabulous asset! And the glass of bubbles whilst I waited was wonderful.

I had the best experience with Katie ! She was the kindest soul and listened to exactly what I wanted and listened to all my concerns. I am so happy with my hair and it still feels so healthy after a full head of foils! The salon was so cute as well! Highly recommend :)

I booked on short notice and was very well taken care off right away by Kelsie who has been amazing and perfect on every count. I was a bit scared at first as I had a not very good previous experience in another salon, but Kelsie did a wonderful job, whereas a perfect shampoo with a relaxing massage that totally made me feel at ease, gorgeous coloring that looks so natural, just the way I like it, and a perfect cut and blowdry with a curly finish touch; I left totally delighted and feeling light with my new head. I already booked my next appointment as Rose& Crown will be my all time favourite goto salon. Congrats to the whole team !

I had been going to Rose & Crown for a while, dying my hair blonde for years and having no issues. The last time I went to get my hair done I only got blonde highlights around my face (bangs) and a trim. A few days later I washed my hair & I noticed my bang on the right side was fried! at first I didn't know what caused it so I ignored it until after I washed my hair again a few days later it became even more noticeable, which then I realised it was caused from getting my hair dyed. I called to advise Rose & Crown and was asked to come in and show them, which I live pretty far away so offered to send photos instead. After doing so they asked for my regime, I do all the right things, use all the right products and don't use much heat at all on my hair as it is dead straight, so no need for it. They then denied the fact it was caused by them and offered no assistance or treatment to try and revive my hair. I then asked for the manager to call me so we could chat about it and was told she will call me soon, after a few hours I was still waiting and had not received a call. I then called and was told she was about to go on a break so will call me then.. another 1 later and nothing. Not only on top of this terrible customer service and ruining my hair that I ended up having to cut off! a super short fringe! I had referred 2 friends there that also told me they had bad experiences and won't be going back, I never received anything for referring people either. I understand accidents happen but to take no accountability and deny the fact it was caused by having my hair dyed is extremely disappointing. I will never go back.Reply to their reply - I have NEVER gone in and expressed hair integrity issues" as I have none

This is my ride or die hairsalon, no matter who does my hair, but i must say, louise provided the best head massage i’ve ever received and i don’t normally write reviews - but she certainly deserves credit for that, thankyou

It has been a long time since I dared to get a complete style change and have the stylist actually give me exactly what I had in mind. Katie did a great job. Always happy with the service at the Rose and Crown salons.

So happy with the service and colour at Rose & Crown hair. All the staff were super friendly which is always a bonus!I went to a different salon only 4 weeks prior to go blonder, but they absolutely failed to lighten my hair as it is fine and they didn’t have the knowledge and it just looked like a very outgrown balayage.The girls at Rose & Crown were able to get it much closer to my desired colour perfectly without damaging my hair. Not sure how it’s possible, but my hair even feels so much nicer and looks shinier after the lightening session haha. Will definitely be back!Photo of my hair before and after.

It has been a while since I visited a salon and I was so impressed with the service, price and gorgeous colour and style I received. Enjoying champagne, Tim tams and an episode of Friends all while getting my hair done was fantastic. Thank you

Had a restyle cut with Grayce. I showed her a pic of a style i wanted. Throughout the cut Graycr asked gor my advice on what i liked and if there was something different that needed to be changed with the cut. I am booked in for a colour. I really love my new hair cut.
