If you injure yourself and try to claim compensation as I did as a minor, Mark and Peter will treat you like scum and say to your face that you are lying and use bullying tactics to get you to live with a life long injury without any compensation just so their insurance premiums don't go up, I have not had or heard of worse treatment from employers since that day.

Done my training here and it was very good, straight to the point, they were helpful if u didn't understand something, they encouraged the class to help each other as well.

They advertise that Employer's can receive over 100k in government subsidies in hiring apprentices, very surprised with the numbers provided and suggest they are highly unlikely, if ever paid out. They are the only agency suggesting this. I hope employers aren't as gullible as ATC hope they are.

I recently attended a Mental Health First Aid course at ATC Work Smart in Albany. I would highly recommend ATC. The trainer was very knowledgeable, made the course interesting, and we had some great discussions. The course is well worth doing for any industry or for personal interest in assisting work colleagues, friends or family members with mental health issues.
