Hands down the best hairdressing experience I've ever had - mostly due to the hairdresser, Alison. Very thorough about what I wanted and what would be best, and very experienced in her skills and tips. Also a lot of fun to chat with!

Alison does a great blow dry. She always does my hair when I am in Canberra. I have thin hair and not many people can get volume in it. Alison always achieves plenty of volume and shine.Very friendly and professional.

Asked for low odour curling hair product. She suggested a few that were strong in smell but told me it was just the plastic smell. I finally found a a lovely Australian product on my own. I asked about free davroe samples and she became angry when I took two. And it’s Mother’s Day. No wonder the store was empty.

I was way overdue for a cut and re-style so I had a chat with Alison. I was confident that she was on the same page, I booked an appointment.I was really happy with my hair and Alison's great attitude and cutting skill.I will be a regular client and will recommend the salon.

I had the best experience shopping here. I went in looking for pink hair dye, and was served by Himaxi. She took one look at me and suggested I use a hair masque with colour in it. I was skeptical, but followed her advice, and WOW! She has saved my hair! It was dry, brittle and straw-like, but it is now soft and shiny! Plus the product dyed it so well at the same time! Himaxi really knows her stuff, so friendly and helpful - can't recommend enough!

I like the product range but the staff here can be really pushy. One girl (indian i believe) tried to talk me out of purchasing MUK products which I found really annoying.Most customers do their own research / take advice from their actual hairdresser prior to coming in so they know what they want to buy, please just relax with the over the top customer service.Oh and don't stalk me while I shop it's hard to think when someone is literally breathing down your neck like you might steal or something.

Paid $120 for 1/2 head of toner, a good haircut and some products too. Very happy! Rang around several hairdressers that charge around $100 for toner, so I was pleased that price attack make it affordable. Staff are great. Not a fancy salon but does the job for a good price.

1 week ago, I went there and asked for 1 product and the lady said we could do a bundle so I could save a bit of money instead paying the full price. I didn't take it on the day but went back a week later as she said to come back the days she works and only her could do tge bundle.When arrived, the lady said that she remembered me. However she did not do the bundle and I paid the full price because prices have gone up but they were advertised the same price as last week. She didn't even offer to use my points for a discount. 1 star for this lady for her lack of customer service
