The review is not for the store, but rather the very poor customer service. Placed an order for same day delivery, everything was on track only to realise it was ever delivered by DoorDash (they always fail to deliver correctly anyway, but i had no option to choose which carrier) Uber Eats would have been better.Anyway, so i called customer care, the first person i spoke to was nice and told me what she would do next, etc. I did call store to see id they can provide any feedback, they staff were very helpful even though they mentioned there isn't much they can do at this stage and need to contact Head Office.Waited for 45 minutes and no updated, so called Customer Care, the guy i spoke to felt like didn't want to talk to me and kind of hung up, very very bad service, when i was explaining what the issue was, kept cutting and saying oh the store is wrong and thanks for your feedback goodbye, i was like huh? is that how customer service is supposed to be? Giving up on customer care, called store and at this instance the store manager was talking to customer care who then came to conclusion that refund will be processed due to lack of proof of delivery. I had to place a new order from a different store.Never going to do same day delivery if i ever shop with PetStock, again nothing against the store, but primarily the customer service, really bad.

Great service and good range of products. Staff are personable and helpful, also great selection of dog items!

Excellent store with always great service every time I go in. I went instore recently to seek some advice about a cat I was adopting and ensuring I was set up well with all the supplies I needed before bringing her home. The patience and help from the staff in answering all my questions and helping me find the right items was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I’d give it a 5 stars simply because this is one of the few pet shops that actually does rescue animals , and the little rabbit they had under their care was well looked after. Had a hidie, water bowl (with clean water) not a stupid bottle, he had a nice green hay and pellet bowl and his place was cleanWell done guys!

We had to call the HR department who rang the store to tell them to sell us two fish as they refused to sell us two fish. This is the second time in 6 months they refused to sell us fish for a tank we already had set up. They weren’t happy with what we had and wanted us to buy a bigger tank from them which we do not need.I don’t think they’ve ever sold a fishDo they interrogate everyone or is it just us?We’ve had several encounters of rude customer service at this store and do not understand how these staff are still around giving people early heart attacks from the stress they put on their customers.I refuse to support this store anymore.The management has no interest in customer satisfaction. I’ll travel to petbarn where I know they’ll go above and beyond to give their customers great service every time.I only gave this store the benefit of the doubt so much due to it being around the corner.

Fantastic store and in particular the staff. The store has a good range of animal care products and small animals (well loved and cared for). But the best part is Sarah, Bree, Kirra, Dom and Chiara who all genuinely care for animals and will always make helpful recommendations, give useful advice, and have friendly conversations. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Went to get sinking fish pellets for my fish - the shop is stocked well, staff are polite, the store is clean. It's also the first shop inside from the rooftop carpark, so easy to get to.They have heaps of fish and some guinea pigs. I didn't see any birds, cats or dogs

Left the store today feeling stressed and anxious. My cat is suffering with matted fur and I was prepared to purchase clippers to fix the problem. I told the staff member and was directed towards a number of products. I left not buying any. Why? Products offered were inferior and no refund on used products if not fit for its purpose....maybe a lesson in consumer law is needed... very disappointing stressful experience. And I'm not emailing you about it further thankyou.If a product can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time...they are entitled to a refund by Australian law regardless of your policies.

Came here not long ago to have a browse, ended up buying some porridge for my chicken and she loved it! Their prices aren't too bad and they have a decent range of supplies, especially for chickens which surprised me! Will come back again!
