Specsavers Optometrists - Warwick Grove

Thank you for your service and assisting me to get new pair of glasses for the one's I previously purchased that snapped in half after hardly any ware at no extra cost. I was then able to purchase a pair of night driving glasses for this year under my health fund. Thank you to the Management and staff who were very knowledgable and helpfull in assisting me.

Very impressed with service I received at Specsavers Warwick Grove. Virtually no waiting time. Very helpful with selecting frames. A huge thankyou to EMILY. Very professional, kind and friendly. Ask for her to help you. She is a very compassionate and caring staff member. A great asset to their team. Thankyou for looking after me.

I recently went to Spec savers Warwick. I was referred by a few of my friends to try this store. I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently , I was served had my eyes sight tested by a very nice young girl Ally. Then the optician tested my eyes , another team member picked out my frames. All the staff here were amazing and they all deserve a 5 star excellent rating for efficiency, friendliness. Recommend everyone to try out this store when you need your eyes tested You to will be very impressed ..

From the moment I walked in I was seen to immediately - they tightened a pair of glasses I'd purchased from the store 2 years prior and managed to squeeze me in for an eye test. Everyone was friendly and very helpful and my new glasses are fabulous.

Had a very positive experience at Specsavers Warwick today. The sales staff I spoke to was very helpful and tried to resolve issues I had understanding my prescription (from a different store) and when he was unsure, asked the optometrist who not only spent the time understanding the issues I was having but took time to explain the changes I was having in my eyesight and the options with my prescription and even checked a few things with my eyesight to be sure, even though I had my eye test done at another store.Over the past few years I've come to realise it's not the chain, or even the individual store so much that matters but the optometrist you see that matters. Today James could not have been more helpful and the chap who helped with the glasses also and if this customer driven approach is the direction this store is going in then I highly recommend getting your next eye tests done here.

Violet was genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She made me feel very comfortable and I valued her honest opinion. I am also so impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and product knowledge. 5 stars all the way!
