We unfortunately needed these folks two weekends in a row for our poor dog, first for a paralysis tick and then for a sudden infection. We have just moved to the area and are so relieved they provide this service, all the staff we spoke to were helpful and understanding and most importantly took great care of our dog, communicating really well with us about options and what they would cost. Thanks to all the vets and nurses there for helping Pearl. Hopefully we won’t see you again soon!

My dog got very ill on a weekend which meant going to his normal vet was not an option. This team was amazing, so responsive and got my little pup in right away & checked. They gave me regular updates & truly took the best care of him. I am SO grateful for this service in the Northern Rivers. Thank you, thank you! to the entire team x

I spoke to a female vet on the phone, as I was very worried about our little dog who had been attacked by a big dog. She was helpful, kind and reassuring, and her advice cost nothing.

Everyone was so kind to my puppy when she was stung by a bee and had a reaction, requiring an antihistamine injection. They saw us quickly. We went on a public holiday and expected to pay more. It was $200 for the public holiday consultation fee and $80 for 2 injections. I thought that was reasonable, given the circumstances.

The nurse who talked me through everything last night when I brought in my staffy who had tick paralysis was very kind, clear , patient and made everything understandable. Very grateful for the prompt care my girl received. Great service with great people, doing great work. Thanks again :)

They are very poorly run. Very little communication made between the vet and client. Alot of the nurses were confused and had no idea what was happening. Let's just say they would be my last choice as an emergency vets. Very unfortunate they are the only one in the area.
