ASV Euro Car Parts

Awful customer service and they sold me water damage seat belts even tho I told them the car is going for an inspection. Very dodgy. Be careful when purchasing parts from ASV.

I have a VW Caddy and needed a rear sliding door locking mechanism. Was told by numerous places that the part was not available in Australia and that I would have to get ifrom Germany. Luckily I found Euro Car Parts. I contacted them on a Thursday and I had the part by Friday thanks Mark morning and fitted it the same day. That's what I call great service thanks heaps Mark well done. Derek From Hervey Bay

Used to be great, however it has become a joke of a business. phones go unanswered, it is impossible to get through and order parts. If you call be prepared to stay on the automated hold for 30-40 minutes for it to just hang up on you. This is not a one of, I have tried contacting at all different times over the past 4 months and still can not get through to anyone, left messages and still nothing. Don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service.Placed an order 3 weeks ago, provided my card details - never heard back.call them today three times - waiting time was 40 mins for each call - no answer or a call was disconnected or a person who took a call could not place the order. I wasted 1.5 hours today .will never place an order with them and will never recommend them to others

They don't answer the phone or respond to voicemails after being requeated to. Will buy my customers parts elsewhere

Rarely answer phone, like once every six months. When I raised this issue with them when I went in there, they assured me that every call is answered but constant bad reviews tell me I'm not the only customer who experienced this.

Tried everywhere to find a part for my daughters car with no luck. Stumbled across this company. Tash was amazing to deal with. Price was 1/4 of what I was quoted from elsewhere, amazing communication, fast delivery. Will definitely use the company again.

Mark is great and we text him direct, but if you ring the normal phone line, get ready for no answer. I'm not sure why the owner of this business is not testing his own business. Can the owner phone his business and see what we all have to put up with. There can no longer be an excuse for the system, you are understaffed and this has been for more than 1 or 2 years. I'm after accounts today to get paperwork for a credit. This is also the only company that I have to ring nearly every month to get paperwork that should have been emailed at the time the credit was processed. No one answering the phone in accounts today. ASV is my most dreaded phone call, so I never go to them for parts. My partner does, he has less patience than me. The one star is for Mark, he deserves 5 stars. Do not reply unless the owner tries to contact his own business, secret shopper style, with an honest response.

Look at Facebook Marketplace for parts, the wreckers answer the phone, provide service and great pricing.

Total nightmare! When these guys are selling something they get back to you straight away if missed a call. Was awesome and we trusted them with the reconditioned motor they provided. It's been I total nightmare. We bought the motor August last year. Now February our car still isn't on the road after the engine was put in. I could tell it was faulty. They are not giving us another 12 months warranty. I don't feel safe with this engine. We were told we had to find the exact cause of the problem. Everything was stripped. Nothing to do with original parts and proceeded to find the problem. Now told....what are these photos of the engine being stripped? Who's going to pay for all this labour. They were meant to pick engine up 3 weeks ago. Now I hear it's not even picked up. Please do something else. Anything. Don't buy from these guys.
