Placed an online order for a bicycle for my son, only to have the order cancelled the following morning as they couldn't find the product in stock. If it's not in stock then why is it advertised as available? It shouldn't even be advertised. I won't be shopping at CHINAMART ever again.

Loading dock worker is the rudest workers I have ever come across in my life. Couldn’t believe how he spoke to me, obviously doesn’t care much about his job

I have always shopped at this Kmart due to the location being close to home. I have always found the range of items & levels to be brilliant. However the past two shopping experiences in the store based on customer service & check outs has been appalling. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge that the receipt machine light was flashing red for assistance on the check out that I was using. I couldn’t leave without a receipt as they check at the exit. I waited out of principle to see how long it would take someone to acknowledge me standing around & other customers making mention of it in the line behind me. ‘She’s been waiting for ages’ I had other staff members walking around the store looking at me but offering no assistance. Once the staff member realised, he walked over, no sorry for the wait etc, walked off & grabbed a new receipt role, whilst walking back to replace he stopped to serve another customer waiting also. This is not ok. I was waiting that whole time to then be put second to a customer who waited 15 seconds. Aside from the customer service/check out area, the store is fine. Working in retail myself, our customers always come first. You need to sort this out.

website never updated.Don't drop your purchases unless your happy with stuff being dirty from their filthy floors, no bags at self check out.Always let down that what I go to buy is unavailable or you can only get one piece and the matching piece is sold or just not ordered in.C'mon Kmart lift your game!!!

Amazing the staff were so helpful and friendly and got to right ere I need it

Love the prices and the goods for sale,.BUT lack of service is noticeable. Self serve checkouts in the middle of the shop. Customers have to queue to leave the shop as their docket for purchases just made have to be scanned. No thanks, plenty of other places to shop that done treat all customers as potential thieves.

After finally finding a Kmart that was open after 5pm, we were lucky to get onto Abi at Kmart Noarlunga. She was so enthusiastic and helpful over the phone and then again when we got to the store. It’s so refreshing to get great customer service
