I was recommended Neil from a current teacher, who he had also had previously. He responded quickly and troubleshooted a crashing software issue. He gave me clear, step by step instruction on how to get it sorted over the phone and had it back up and running in no time. Will most definitely be coming back for future mac repairs.

Gosh, am I impressed!!I rang Neil Churches, Get your MAC sorted, just before I had a complete meltdown about the whereabouts of my iPad, and needless to say the security of the 200 apps I have on it.Neil, very calmly and carefully explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Step by step he led me through the process of locking my iPad and keeping delicate info safe and secure.He is so pleasant, so patient and described what I needed to do in ‘ normal speak’.Thank goodness for Neil and his helpful manner.I was able to relax and breathe easy.He is a gem and well worth contacting to get your computer nightmares sorted!!Thankyou Neil.

My Mac was literally taking its last gasp of air until Neil breathed life into its lungs! Neil identified the cancers that were ripping into the heart of my mac and eradicated them like a surgeon. Impressive work l must say but done without any fanfare. All in a days work for Neil but he saved me countless hours of frustration and the cost of buying a new Mac. Neil responded immediately and talked me through a fix over the phone, while also explaining the likely underlying issue and what needs to happen for a longer term solution. Amazing! I also really appreciated that even though I clearly don't know much about how my Mac actually works he didn't condescend or get frustrated - just talked me through it all clearly and kindly. I highly recommend Neil, I will certainly be using his services again.
