Went for a trim...had like 3 inches of hair taken off. When the hairdresser showed me what needed to come off it was only like an inch. My hair grows so slowly and had taken so long to grow to that length. It was asymmetrical and she cut it all to the same length without discussing first. Also, her blow drying technique was so outdated I swear it damaged my hair. I wasn't offered a curl or straighten afterwards and felt like a nanna with a bob. I then had to go back as a friend was having her hair cut to be glared at by the hairdresser. I'd been quiet honest about my experience with the lady that was cutting my friends hair. Would not recommend. Absolutely devastated

Had a trim & thinning today ($65)My hairdresser was lovely!But the owner was a horribly rude old lady. Won't be returning, really hope the staff find a nicer workplace with a more polite owner.Staff shouldn't have to apologize for the owners personality.

Omg I have just had my daughter call me ...in tears!!! Went in for a very small trim and had 6 cms taken off!! Horrible experience for her especially since she'd precisely explained what she needed AND informed the hairdresser ( Janine) of her ptsd regarding a previous negative outcome where her hair was chemically burned resulting in a very short cut. ( same business chain, different location)It has taken her years to grow it back... for Polynesians, long hair is very culturally significant . This today has just set her back 5 years in trust and anxiety... shattering.Would not recommend... it pays to read reviews first. Tough lesson.

don’t get ear piercings here! they were lined up properly but they use a gun so it was pieced almost right over another piercing. piercer was lovely but don’t trust anywhere that uses a gun.

Had my hair cut there by Sandy. First hairdresser that looked at my hair said l needed 3 inches off due to split ends ( l live in limestone area and waters really harsh). Along came Sandy and cut 7 inches off. She cut a chunk off to show me how much and then it was to late to turn back. I explained lm a cook and need to tie hair up but can't even do that now. Sandy spoke to me condescending and l would never go back. Totally gutted.UpdateSo you asked me to make contact wich l did and you don't respond. You don't care obviously how your staff treat customers.Update. They posted a response about how they take complaint serious and to email privately wich l did. There was never a response, No reply. Shows exactly how serious they take complaints and there seems to be alot.

As a bloke I had a great hair cut here with Jillian. I am rather picky with my hair but I will be coming back here again. Best haircut for me in years.. :)

I dont usually complain but this wasnt a accident and Im so upset!! Went in to get a Trim" and come out with half my hair gone. Took years of love and care to grow it long and for someone to just hack it because they are scissor happy and think they will do what they want. How about you start listening to what us customers want! Afterall we pay your bills! This is a disgrace.. reviews say it all! Should of listened to the reviews because they are bloody right. I have to say lady that cut my hair was a lovely person but not lovely to cut all my hair off! We agreed on 1inch..more like 3 or 4inches
