BINGO INDUSTRIES: Recycling Centre - West Melbourne

Great service, they put the bin exactly where we wanted it, and picked it up when we were done. Communication was excellent. Can't really ask for more than that.

I ordered a skip bin from Bingo on their website, but the bin did not get delivered on the day. Called up their customer care, and they said there might have been some issues with the online ordering system, and told to call back the next day. I call them the next day, and the lady put me through to their IT back office. The customer care reps and the IT guys were quite helpful, and I got my bin delivered the next day, which was 2 days after it was originally supposed to be delivered. The drivers who delivered the bin and collected the bins were friendly and courteous too. Finally, I get an invoice from the company saying a payment is due in-spite of me paying the amount upfront. Looks like there is absolutely no communication between the front office, payment and IT systems.

Bingo delivered their bin the same day when ordered early and picked it up when i asked them to. Also swapped the bins over when i needed a second one. Great service. Will use them again.

If I could leave a 0 star I would.Inexperienced driver, who even after communicating 4 times with me and advised all ok, decided he couldn’t do it. Several phone calls, and BinNOTgo staff even acknowledged.Had to organise another company who had nonissues delivering to site, but put me 4 days behind! AND had to chase refund on top of that.
