I have used Jono over the last 8 years. He has managed my computer issues including hardware upgrades, software issues and more efficient and simpler ways to use my computer. He is able to explain it in simple english. The charge out rates are very reasonable and I have a high level of trust in Jono. This is obviously very important when someone potentially has access to information on your work PC
