I chose this business to replace a shattered screen on my iPad because of its high google rating from my fellow local guides and have been completely let down.I don’t like to post one star reviews but the service I received was a bit s&4t.Shattered screen - had done my research, I knew what it would cost and went in to the store and organised the replacement.Firstly, I did chat to someone online and was told it could be done same day but when I went in to the store I found out the person I was chatting with was from Port Macquarie, not Taree.I was disappointed that it would take a week but it’s not a capital city so I could get over it. One week later, screen replaced, I was happy. I bought an iPad protector from them so it wouldn’t happen again.About 4-6 weeks later the touch screen became unresponsive intermittently so I contacted them to fix it up under warranty, which they were happy to do.Again, apparently it would take a week. Which is a lot of downtime for me. When I came back, I was told that the screen that was replaced had been re-adhered and should be fine. Was told a replacement will never adhere properly (because of what I’m sure you would all consider, the worlds most superficial dent in the frame (which doesn’t actually impact the screen area)). How does that take a week? No customer service there… They re-adhered the screen and put the case I bought from them back on. Good as gold(?)Was pretty annoyed but didn’t have to pay. I should have said something but I didn’t because I didn’t like the turn around time especially in the last case where the replacement they provided was just re-adhered.Found out it was adhered so poorly there was an air pocket between the front camera and the screen so I can’t FaceTime.The first time I tried to take the iPad out of its case the screen cracked. I literally haven’t taken it out of its case thinking it will make it worse.At least the touch pad works right?

Was told replacement parts for my phone were no longer available, and that I would have to get a new phone. One hour later I ordered a compatible battery online. Disappointing experience, esp after all the rave reviews I've read here.

Called them the day before and got a quote for my phone then handed my phone in and picked it up the next arvo. Very nice customer service. Craig was very helpful! Cant even tell it was broken in the first place.
