Staff described the difference between shoes and helped me find the best one for my needs.

I went into Williams to buy a pair of work shoes. As I have a size 11 foot I struggle to find anything that fits my foot. Usually there is only 1 or 2 pair available for me. I usually go in and ask what is available.I did this to the ladies at Williams. She asked what shoes I like. I responded I am looking for closed toe shoe. She wanted to know what style. I asked what comes in an 11. I explained what usually happens. She asked me to take a seat and she told me she would bring out what she has available. She bought out 20 pairs of shoes. She told me to just have a look and if I don't like them to put them to the side.I did not end up getting the work shoes BUT I bought 2 other pairs of shoes as I was able to find shoes that I actually liked and that fitted. Normally I have to sacrifice what I like for something that fits.This lady was absolutely amazing. The service was something I have never experienced before. I would say she has gone above and beyond but she surpassed and fantastic customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Thank you.
