Loved this place visited for years. Staff are regularly rude but what can you do. Last trip they refused to give my friend sns on her toes because of hygiene reasons - she was willing to buy the product / bring her own - and ends up contracting a fungal infection. From a regular pedicure?!? They claimed they disinfected the sink. It'll now be 6-9 months to clear the nail infection. Go anywhere but here.

Had my nails done a few weeks ago SNS, they very rushed and they were really thick. They where not completely covered and my nails were stuck to my skin underneath. They cracked the next day, Paid $55 was not impressed at all. Would not recommend

I went here to buy my sister a voucher for christmas, good friendly service, seems very clean too, l can't comment on anything else as l only purchsed a voucher.

Do not recommend this place at all! Terrible nails and customer service! Had shellac done for a wedding and within 2 days the shellac was cracking and pealing. I couldn't go back straight away as I was away but as soon as I could I went back and complained and they were so rude and refused to fix them as it was over a week later. Do not go there.

I asked them to be extra delicate with my skin as I have an autoimmune disease that doesn't heal easily. And they went above and beyond to be careful with me. So grateful.

Very disappointed. The quality of the job did not merit $55. The coats were thick with loads of dust particles and fine hair. Won't go back.
