Earth Electric Bikes

I purchased a Earth T-Rex mixie few months a go and have done a massive test on it. This is how I feel about T-Rex mixie:. To me this ebike is very good looking, strong, smooth and well finish.. It come with good quality brand bike components.. The bike performs quite well on road and off road.The thing that I like the most is this ebike come with a powerful Earth mid drive hub motor. You can fly up the hill with ease.

My Earth ebike has given me back my freedom to enjoy cycling again.Looking forward to the adventure trip up north ;-) with my Earth electric bike.

Bought the Earth TRex 29r from James and was a lot of help. Test rode a lot of bikes. Was helpful in the decision process. Put on some new tyres for me (29er x 2.35inch Big Apples). Am very happy with the bike including the tuned top speed. Thank you.

Waste of money. Placed order, paid money, no product delivered, no response to multiple emails. No phone number for direct contact. Waste of money and time.

Really unimpressed with the customer service while ordering online. It's been two months and I have heard nothing about the status of my order even after having made many attempts to contact them. Really disappointed.

Highly recommend.This is my second bike.I love my T-rex . It’s got more power and torque then my other focus with Bosch motor. Thank Wes at energy electric bikes for your recommendation .

Dec 2014 James put me on a Trek 11 Pro . I'm an 83 y o, and now haveover 3500 Happy Km, on the local Eastern bike paths .Thanks J ..Popalong

Don’t Buy an Earth eBike.After purchasing the Earth T-Rex from a retail outlet, I decided to purchase a car charger from the Earth on-line store. They required EFT which should have been a warning bell but since transferring the money I have not received confirmation of the order and my account with them shows the order ‘on hold’. Numerous emails have been unanswered. I contacted the retailer I purchased the ebike from to see if they had a contact number for this company. They have a phone number for the sales rep but would not give me the details. I requested that they contact the rep and get them the contact me but still no reply. This company has no integrity which should have been obvious by the fact that they do not provide a phone and some to be closed everyday except Friday. If I lived in Victoria, I would drive over to see if they actually operate from the address give on their web site. Don’t buy anything on line from them for you are sure to loose your money. I now doubt they will provide any after sale warranty if needed. I’m only glad that I didn’t buy the bike through them.

Bought a Trex 650B two years ago, I have now done over 4,000 km on it and it's still going strong. Quality product. Looking forward to upgrade to the new Model :-) .......
