CMS - Air Conditioning Installation, Service & Repairs Canberra

I had to have an old aircon replaced. The quote was very reasonable, great work and wonderful service.

I want to acknowledge the integrity of CMS because we had three competitors come to our place, and tell us our only option was to spend $10k+ on a replacement for the failed unit. CMS however worked out how to get heat by swapping out a controller and deferred the big spend for a while longer. We will remember this act of integrity! Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish - highly recommended. Chris was great when giving an AC installation quote (actually listened to what the customer wanted) which was then more affordable than other ACT/Qbyn businesses. Office staff were prompt and friendly to email queries. Joshua did a very efficient install on the day (about 3 hours) and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for better service and would definitely use again.

I had the boys do an install at our dream new home which came with all manner of complications because of the home design. Nothing was too hard for Chris and Nathan. The end result was brilliant. they dedicated a heap of time to planning out vent locations and capacity of units. They communicated brilliantly and kept us informed the whole time. They were professional in their interactions, always on time and well priced. Could not be happier with the outcome

Really helpful and really easy experience! Didn't know how to turn on the aircon for half our house because the panel locked the zoning and they fixed it right away. By pointing out the switch right next to the panel. But he was super friendly, rejigged the airflow to improve efficiencies and cleaned our filter for us! Would highly recommend and will use in future.

The entire team @ CMS are very professional, prompt at email/ phone replies, friendly & helpful in guiding me through right Mitsubishi Electric AC unit for my property. The 3 Guys came out after New Year break worked so hard over an entire full day. Hayden came back few days later. He really knows his trade, he's patient, takes pride in his work & great guy to have pleasure of meeting. Very prompt professional follow up replies on emails, the boys was thoughtful of furnishings surrounding working cleanly, fast & safely.

Hayden was professional and thorough through the quoting process. The team was open to communicate delays in some parts that were required. The installation was a full day and the team did a great job in fully decomissioning the old system and replacing with a new one and were clean and tidy upon finishing. Workmanship was excellent! Great to see quality service and workmanship does still exist!
