Just fantastic!The business is a family owned business. The owners and staff were an absolute delight to purchase my gas heater from. They were all very knowledgeable about gas fire places and knew their products inside out. We spoke with Rick and his gorgeous wife.The store has many different heaters to you see to get a better idea before you make your purchase.The reception ladies clearly went through everything thoroughly which made me feel comfortable.I am currently sitting next my 40k model Lopi gas fire place and I am in love. The flame looks so real and logs are just gorgeous.If you need to get your gas fire place serviced, please ask for Ashley. You will not be disappointed. He is thoroug, does his job extremely well and even has fascinating topics to talk to you about.

Beautiful new showroom with many heaters on display. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to plan my wood fire.They gave me some helpful information for my builder and were very helpful with helping me choose which heater to choose.A great shop!I can't wait until my fire is installed.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Soula and Ash at Blackburn. From the original advice and sales experience to helping us with some installation challenges most recently with our gas log fire I would tick six stars if it were an option. We couldn't visit our new build site to sort out some installation challenges with our builder because of lock down restrictions. However, working from home themselves Soula swung into action opening doors and Ash brought it home with some installation detail that he finalised after hours. Lets just say we are entering our senior" years and have never experienced anything like this level of customer service. Just outstanding.Wignells have absolute gems in Soula and Ash."

If your needing anything heater related, then this is your store to get it from....Fantastic service, great pricing and super knowledgeable on their products.I'm based in New Zealand (used to live in Melbourne, so knew the Wignells shop) and have just brought the Cheminees Phillippe Horama Vitre wood heater. Even taking into account the shipping and import fees, it was still WAY cheaper to buy from Wignells than the local NZ agentWould I buy from Soulla and the team at Wignells Blackburn again ?...in a heart beat :)
