I love the fact that I was coached through a set of tools and strategies that I could use while giving birth, and how responsive it was to my needs. It was great that I could practice the strategies, and then ask Sam for more assistance or guidance poat-course if I needed more help. Sam was always calm and informative, and communicated in an easy to understand way with me and my partner. The personalisation and responsiveness to needs and that of my partner was awesome.

Sam is so calm, friendly and positive. Her knowledge and passion for pregnancy and birth is comforting and inspiring. I went to my session with Sam feeling anxious and nervous and left feeling completely calm. I also had an incredible nights sleep after a lovely relaxation exercise. I felt more confident and capable to trust my body and embrace the amazing experience that is childbirth thanks to Sam.Thank you Sam!

Would highly recommend this course! Sam has a lot of great knowledge, could answer all our questions. I also loved how comfortable and relaxed she made the room. The course was two full days but both days flew by as she kept it very interesting.
